In any case, the accuracy of the terms of services provided to users of the Digital Portal e-Applications of the University of Ioannina is guaranteed.
Under no circumstances, including negligence, does the Website accept liability for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising from visiting or using its content and services. The Website does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free provision of its services and content, nor the absence of viruses, malware, trojans, etc., whether on the Website itself or on any other site or server through which you access its content.
In cases of damage to the Website or Network resulting from improper, unfair, or illegal use of related services by the user as described in Section 2, liability lies solely with the user.
